yes, im going to need some kind of assistance with this one, these people are locked into a conformity to a matrix is just unbelievable, i asked twice is there a valid cause of action,once to the prosecutor and once to the judge, the judge answered me by saying i broke 2 statutes ,the prosecutor said nothing smiled at the floor and gave the judge a look. then i asked is there a plaintiff with injury, and if not, i ask for the motion to be granted [case dismissed] the judge again diverted to a different subject, then i decided to read the definition of "traffic" on my traffic citations, and clearly defines commerce, and i asked the court is there any evidence of commerce? then the prosecutor told the judge that he was not prepared to argue the case, so then i read 16 C.J.S. constitutional law sect 202, P. 987 about my right to travel freely, written by a supreme court judge and made LAW, and also tried to define to them a traveler vs. a driver, and that i did show the laws to the policeman at the time and they still would not listen,, so i tried my best, they DO NOT respect the law or their oaths of office, and after informing them of some legal definitions and my rights ,,,,,,,,,,, and they refused to hear anything about a cause of action,, the judge and the prosecutor right now should be charged with the appropriate violations and subpeona to a supreme court,[and i'll do it too], if you advise;;;;;;;;;; but i would also need to know which forms needed and a little procedure
so i go back to court in 2 weeks, if i dont have an attorney, they will pull their shit again, i really need to do something, when i win it will help many many thousends here is this south florida
I was also thinking to contact this prosecutor and use some kind of leverage on him, something to cause fear and worry,
THEN the judge wanted to make a deal with me involving costs and i said no, then the judge entered a plea for me of not guilty for a trial, and i said ok i want a trial by jury in a common law court, now he was getting mad,then he said there will be no jury, and i said, "can there be a fair trial if there is a conflict of intrest?" and he said no, and i said your honor how can there be a fair trial when you represent the state? and then he said [pointed to the prosecutor] "hes going to argue the case" jesus christ !!!!!!
there are 2 charges 2nd degree misdemeanor driving while lisence expired, driving on expired tag,
first of all the word driver doesnt even define me, im a traveler, i didnt even have a chance to get into the fact that i have no exsisting contracts with the state of florida, but i did also state to them, "the claim and exercise of a constitutional right cannot be converted into a crime" Miller vs. US 230 F. 486, 489 they would not listen to that either
